Delete your data
You can have your personal data and connected-account data removed from FleetMind at any time. Here is how, and what gets deleted.
How to request deletion
- Disconnect the platform (recommended first step). In your FleetMind portal, go to Integrations and disconnect Instagram/Facebook — this immediately revokes our access tokens for that account. You can also remove FleetMind from your account in your Facebook settings → Apps and Websites.
- Request full deletion. Email [email protected] from the address on your account (or include your brand/account name). We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account and brand profile, briefs, goals, and uploaded assets.
- All stored social-account access tokens and connection records.
- Generated content and scheduling/publishing records associated with your account.
We may retain a minimal record where required to meet legal obligations; everything else is permanently removed.
