FleetMind (“FleetMind”, “we”, “us”) provides an integrated AI business-operations platform: AI agents handle routine work across marketing, operations, communications, and reporting — including, with your authorization, creating content and publishing it to your connected social-media accounts. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can access or delete it.

Information we collect

• Account & brand information you provide — name, email, brand details, briefs, goals, audience, and assets you upload.
• Connected social accounts. When you link a platform (e.g. Instagram/Facebook via Meta), we receive the access tokens and the account/page identifiers needed to publish on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest.
• Content & activity. The content generated for you, scheduling and publishing activity, and basic usage/diagnostic logs.

How we use it

• To generate, schedule, and (only with your authorization) publish content to your connected accounts.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the platform — for example the social platforms you connect (Meta/Instagram), AI model providers that generate or review content, and infrastructure/hosting providers. Each processes data under its own terms; your use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform’s policies.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights & data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion instructions, or email us at [email protected]. Disconnecting a social account also revokes our access to it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of access tokens at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
